Meet Your Instructors
Hi, I’m Patricia. I hold an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching from VIYETT and have trained with world-renowned Yoga Masters. My teaching reflects the yogic principles I strive to live by, offering classes in uplifting natural settings to inspire connection, relaxation, and awareness—while sharing the many physical and emotional benefits of yoga.
