My path to teaching yoga began in Melbourne’s corporate world, where long hours and a demanding career in accounting left me feeling depleted. As I prepared to start a family, I realised something needed to change.

Remembering the sense of calm and well-being from my early yoga practice, I returned to the mat and found a profound reconnection with myself. This journey has shaped my passion for guiding others in discovering balance, strength, and inner peace through yoga.
