Studio Classes

Our studio classes are comprised of Vinyasa Slow Flow and Gentle Therapeutic Yoga and are undertaken in-person at Hampton Life Saving Club.

Class sizes are limited to 20 participants for Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga and 15 participants for Gentle Therapeutic Yoga.

Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga

A nourishing yoga practice that unites the movements of your body with breath. These flow classes build strength, flexibility, and concentration and then provide a deep, nurturing relaxation, savasana. Pranayama (breath work)and yogic philosophy are also included.

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga will introduce you to your body in a whole new way, guiding you to develop awareness, tuning into your body's whispers, and teaching you all about your unique biomechanics.

Wednesdays - Gentle Therapeutic Yoga from 9.30am - 10.45am

Fridays - Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga from 9.30am - 10.45am

$30 Casual class

$250 for a 10 class pass - valid for 120 days from date of purchase
