Update On Our Classes

We hope you are all staying well.  I was in the process of writing this email limiting class sizes when the State Government issued their directive that as a state we are now moving to essential activity only for the next 48 hours. I was joking with my husband arguing the case that Yoga is an essential service!! Jokes aside, unfortunately our yoga classes at the Hampton Life Saving Club are now suspended until further notice. To continue providing you with access to classes we will be streaming online.  As we are continuing to trial the technology and to combat any teething problems this weeks streamed classes will be free.

If you are not on our email database, please get in touch to book into an online class.

In such uncertain times, we need our yoga practice and community more than ever.  Hope we can help you stay connected to your body, your breath and the peace and calm accessible as much as possible.

Looking forward to seeing you on the online mat soon!

While I was away, I was having some fun on a paddle board and my son, Sam, started taking some photos.  As I attempted some Yoga poses on the board, I started to get some encouragement from the beach. Each pose attracted huge support with clapping and booming loud “Bravo!  Bravo!” from the beach.  The spontaneous show of appreciation was overwhelming, funny and very beautiful all at the same time!
